DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. Parties This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the seller whose information is given below (“Seller”) and the buyer whose information is given below (“Buyer”), under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Recipient Information The recipient's name, surname, address and contact information specified during the order are taken into account.

2. Subject of the Agreement This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products (“Products”), the qualities and sales prices of which are specified on the Website, which the Buyer orders electronically through the website named Decor Concept (“Website”) belonging to the Seller.

3. Establishment of the Contract The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Contract by placing an order for the Products offered on the Website. The Contract comes into force upon completion of the order.

4. Product Information and Prices Descriptions of the Products ordered by the Buyer, basic features of the products and their prices are specified on the order screen. All prices include VAT, which must be applied legally.

5. Product Delivery 5.1. The Product will be sent by courier to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within a reasonable period of time by the Seller after the payment transaction is completed.

5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the delivery address.

5.3. In case of any delay in delivery, the Buyer may contact the Seller.

6. Cancellation and Return Conditions 6.1. The Buyer may cancel the order before the Product is shipped. The cancellation request must be notified by e-mail to info@decorconcept.com.tr .

6.2. After the product is received, the return request is accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The product invoice and return request form must be submitted along with the return request.

6.3. If the Buyer indicates that the Product is incorrect or defective, the Seller will examine the Product and, if a defect is detected, provide a full refund or exchange for the correct product.

7. Payment and Refund 7.1. The Buyer may make payment using one of the payment methods specified on the Website.

7.2. After the returned products are checked by the Seller, the product price will be refunded within 14 business days in accordance with the payment method.

8. Shipping Costs 8.1. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs during the return process.

8.2. However, shipping costs for incorrect or defective products will be paid by the Seller.

9. Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the product is received without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For details regarding the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may review the relevant section on the Website.

10. Resolution of Disputes Any disputes that may arise from this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

11. Enforcement This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its approval by the Buyer and shall be binding between the parties.
