Cancellation and Refund Policy
As DECOR CONCEPT DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ , Decor Concept attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and aims to provide the best products you purchase. However, if your order needs to be canceled or returned for various reasons, we act in accordance with the consumer rights laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1. Cancellation Policy
After you order a product, you can cancel the order provided that it has not been shipped yet. If your order is canceled before it is shipped, the product price will be refunded to you. You can submit your cancellation request by sending an e-mail to info @decorconcept .com .tr or by contacting our customer service line.
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refer to the Return Policy to return the product.
2. Return Policy
You have the right to return your products within 14 days in accordance with the conditions set out below. Return requests are only valid for consumers within the Republic of Turkey.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product to be returned must be sent with its invoice and return request form.
- Your return request must be made within 14 days from the date the product was received. Return requests exceeding the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- The product must be packaged appropriately for the product purchased and must be in original condition.
- Returns are only possible due to physical defects , damage or incorrect shipping of the product. Problems caused by the use of the product are not considered as returns.
Return Process:
- To submit your return request, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info @decorconcept .com .tr or by contacting our customer service line.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
- Once the returned product is accepted by Decor Concept , the product price will be refunded within 14 business days in the same way the payment was made (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Shipment
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact and flawless. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product, you must follow these steps:
- When you receive the product, please inform Decor Concept customer services before opening the cargo package and using the product.
- You must submit your complaint regarding damage to the product or incorrect delivery within 7 days after receiving the product.
- For incorrectly shipped or damaged items, Decor Concept will take the return and provide you with the correct item or a full refund.
4. Return Fees
Returns must be made by the customer with the shipping cost paid. Decor Concept will only cover the shipping costs in cases where there is a defect in the product or incorrect shipping. In other cases, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Products
In the following cases, no refund will be made:
- Products that have been used, opened, or not in their original packaging.
- Hygiene products (e.g. personal care products) or similar products.
- Discounted products or products sold as part of a campaign.
6. Product Change
As Decor Concept , we do not offer product exchange service. If you wish to return your product and purchase a new product, you can place an order for the new product after your return is approved.
7. Consumer Rights
Consumer Cancellation and Return Rights are based on the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and other relevant legal regulations. Within the framework of this law, you have the right to return your products within 14 days from the date you received them.
